Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has clean and spacious rooms, although they show signs of wear and have a Florida 80s chic vibe, which was not to my taste and had a slight odor. However, choosing to dine within the resort saved us money. The service was welcoming and displayed amiable hospitality, despite some issues reported during power outages, incorrect food orders, and overall resort problems. The location was perfect, near everything, with a unique shell-shaped structure over the lagoon and close to Atlantis. The dining options were a nice choice for lunch, although a bit pricey at $60 per head, and service was slow at times. The facilities were decent, but I had to purchase a local sim card due to slow Wi-Fi.
The resort rooms were decent in size with 2 queen beds and a small table with 2 chairs, including a mini fridge that was a lifesaver for our groceries. However, there was a sewer smell when turning on the water, making longer stays unpleasant.
The hotel was located in the little villas with a loud staff station nearby, causing some disturbance with early morning talking. The room itself was very old-fashioned and didn't justify the high price paid, although it did have a fridge. The service, however, was exceptional as the staff were responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to change us to a new room with an even better view. The location was fantastic, being close to the beach and pools in the Coral Towers, although some amenities like chips, soda, and candy were overpriced. Dining options were expensive, like a $49/person daily meal plan, and service could be slow, leading to inconvenience. The facilities were beautiful and very well kept overall.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The rooms were not up to my expectations, but the service was outstanding. The location was fantastic with lots to explore, although the dining options were not as varied as I hoped. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with amazing views, but the activities for families are located in another building, requiring a 15-minute walk with luggage. The service is overall friendly and helpful, with a room change granted when requested, although a negative experience with the manager at the beach tower. The location is great with easy access to pools and the ocean, although some noise issues were encountered. The dining options are varied but may be overpriced for simple kid's meals. The facilities are well-kept, and some additional services come with high add-on costs such as the spa.
The hotel's rooms need refreshing and are not recommended for a honeymoon stay. However, having a mini fridge was a lifesaver for us as we could store groceries. The service was very polite and helpful when minor issues arose, although the location was not as requested upon booking. Dining options were limited for kids, and the facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel was less than satisfactory. The rooms had a musty smell, were overlooking an asphalt roof, and felt old and dated. Not recommended for stays longer than 3 days. The service, although initially helpful and friendly, responded poorly to various issues, and the location was far from main facilities. The dining experience was slow and pricey, making it necessary to explore other options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful and well-kept, offering pools and easy access to the ocean, but the rooms were disappointing with noise and damp smells. Despite some drawbacks, the service was friendly and helpful.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with some positives like a good location and friendly staff but with a few drawbacks such as musky rooms and unhelpful service. The dining options are slow and can be expensive. Overall, decent but not without flaws.
The hotel is not recommended for a honeymoon, as the rooms are in need of refreshing and lacked basic amenities like a kettle for hot water in the morning, despite having a balcony accessible via your room key. However, the location is perfect with easy access to pools and the ocean, especially near Aqua venture, making it ideal for kids and adults alike.
The hotel offers a great location close to the beach with lots to do, but some room allocation issues may inconvenience guests. The service was friendly but showed inconsistencies. Dining options could be slow, affecting overall experience.
The hotel had a great location and friendly staff, but the noise from nearby venues was a drawback. The rooms were near a staff station, and the service was reported as unfriendly and rude at times.
Returning to the hotel was a bit noisy due to loud music, but having a mini fridge was a great convenience after grocery shopping. The cost was reasonable overall.
The hotel is a mixed bag with some positives like worth the extra price for the rooms but also some drawbacks like the lack of hot water and old furnitures. The service was responsive in changing our room but had some poor responses to various issues. The location was perfect for our needs, although not exactly as requested upon booking. The dining experience was slow, and the facilities were adequate overall.
The hotel rooms are really comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge which was a lifesaver for us. However, our room overlooked an adjacent hotel. The service was a bit mixed with delays and some confusion, but the staff was genuinely interested in helping us. The location wasn't my initial choice, but it turned out to be great once I explored the area. The dining experience was slow, but the fresh sushi was a standout. The facilities were generally good, but there were reported issues with power outages and water area safety.
